Ritu Bhutani
Ritu Bhutani is a contemporary artist based in New Delhi, practicing under the mentorship of renowned artist Shri Rameshwar Broota at Triveni Kala Sangam. A recipient of the Senior Fellowship (2019-20) from the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in History from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and a Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, affiliated with Rabindra Bharati University, West Bengal. Her work has been widely exhibited in both solo and group exhibitions across notable galleries. In 2023, she held her solo exhibition, “Aranya: Reclaiming the Lost Space,” at Triveni Kala Sangam, and was selected for the 96th Annual All India Art Exhibition at AIFACS. Her group shows include exhibitions at Art Heritage Gallery, Surrendra Paul Art Gallery, Shridharani Gallery, and AIFACS, among others. She has also participated in accessible art exhibitions and open-air gallery events at Triveni Studio. Her work spans a variety of artistic practices, including printmaking and book cover designs for Sahitya Kala Parishad and Indira Gandhi National Open University. Through her exhibitions and workshops, she continues to make a significant impact on the contemporary art scene in India.
